Purpose
This ministry exists to share Christ’s love with the women at our church, and help them pursue a lifelong relationship with Him that will grow in knowledge and intimacy. We desire that our women grow to complete maturity as Christ’s disciples as they learn to love, trust, and obey their Savior.

Programs
All that we do is designed to help women build their individual relationships with God and increase unity among the sisters. Thus we have had Book Clubs, using books written by Christian
women; biennial Women’s Retreats, Women’s Bible Studies, and Women’s Prayer Group. We also have occasional outings, such as a Holiday Gift Exchange, and lunches with various activities afterwards.

How Can We Help?
You might be wondering if Step Off is a right fit for you. Many of our women, including myself, have been through dark circumstances, whether it’s a broken home, sexual abuse, or
drug/alcohol addiction. We grew up believing the lies of this world, that we’re worthless and unlovable, or that we have to be sexy/successful/smart/tough/respected in order to be someone of value.

Even as Christians, many of us struggle with these kinds of issues. We have a hard time believing the truth, that God actually loves us unconditionally, calls us His good and perfect daughters, and that we never need to worry about being rejected or condemned by Him. Here, we combat the lies of the enemy with the Word and prayer, and encourage and support each other through all of the ups and downs. We welcome you, as well as all of your issues, struggles, and burdens for the sake of the one who frees us from it all, Jesus Christ. You can come as you are.
